You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or a return.
To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
EXCHANGE
If something doesn’t quite fit how you would like it to, or you would prefer a different colour, you can exchange it for a different size or colour (stock dependent)
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending your items back to us.
However, we do not charge anything for the dispatch of your exchange.

If something just doesn’t work for you and you want to return your order, you can do this for store credit or a refund.

Once we have received your order, we aim to process exchanges, store credit and refunds within 10 business days.
Please note, for refunds it can take some time after being processed to appear in your account.
